Well decorated and huge units with a very comfy bed, shared bathroom, for example, and the staff were genuinely helpful. The terrace facing garden was a real treat.

Can’t fault the property in any way.

The courtyard was good for breakfasts.

the room was quite huge and big. really enjoyed bathtubs in my shared bathroom. the location was great, only 5 minutes walk to mesoamerican museum of jade. the staff was fabulously friendly and excellent, helped with every request.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a perfect location, just a short walk away from all the best attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated, with a cozy and comfortable bed that made our romantic escape even more special. We also loved the fact that there was a yoga room available for guests to use, allowing us to relax and unwind during our stay.

There were a few negatives that affected our overall experience. the lack of soundproofing in the rooms meant that we could hear street noises, which disturbed our sleep at times.
